BATTERIES AND EXPIRED MEDICINES

Expired batteries and medicines are hazardous urban waste that must be treated separately from other waste.

There are a lot of road containers located in all the municipalities where this type of waste can (and shall!) be disposed of. Expired medicines may also be collected by pharmacies (try and ask).

OTHER TYPES OF WASTE

Special containers are supplied to those who have to dispose of large quantities of diapers, incontinence pads or syringes.

These containers must be directly requested to your municipality of residence which, at the moment of delivery, will also provide all the instructions necessary for the disposal.
